Recreated NavMesh for BMUShip cell for better follower support. Added controls to the captains terminal to help control the crew. Changed crew sandbox area size. Added choices for donation dialogue with the doctor that was accidentally left out. Added variables to ensure operations do not prompt the player for a haircut their first time.
