I wouldn't bother with the ghoul race stuff, as Drumber has already made a bunch of playable ghoul races available in FCO, and his textures are the bomb. And for putting item into the leveled lists you should check out the Diversified Wasteland framework, which make leveled list integration really easy. But I'd like an eyepatch, that's cool.
I added the ghoul just because it would minimize the amount of mods people would have to download just to get more content added to the game. There is Still a whole heap that I need to add and personally myself I hate the way the data popup labels mods (unlike in skyrim where it is nice and uniform FNV is not.) so I would like to have as little as possible, but I will look into it and see if I might be able to integrate his ghouls with mine Also with the level list integration I will also ask and try integrate the two mods! Oh and that eypatch was made just for you
