Really awesome mod but for some reason, it just stopped spawning at vendors. I've found three on fiends and the ones noted for the Gun Runner Sniper, Alexander and the guns in a box behind the gun runner kiosk. But they are not showing up in loot or at vendors whatsoever.
I'm glad for the integration and everything but this thing is way too powerful. It's an automatic, and it does like 50% more damage per shot than the service rifle. That's the opposite of how it should be. This should have the same or slightly less damage as the light machine gun so it gives an earlier game 5.56 automatic that progresses to the LMG.
And the marksman variant on ghost is stupid OP. It does DOUBLE THE DAMAGE of rat slayer. A silenced semi auto with a 20 round magazine is doing double the damage of the only other suppressed scoped 5.56 in the game - and it's a bold action. That's insane. The all-american doesn't even come close to that and it's less accurate and not supressed. There's literally no reason to use anything else once you get to the mojave outpost and stealth kill ghost for it.
I should be able to make edits myself to the files and get it in line with where it should be though. If I actually have the ambition to make it.
Question: i don´t get a NMM download link. Is this because i´m not premium member? I ask because trying to manually install a mod has lead to game freeze in my case (pardon my clumsyness).
I turned off the NMM download. Sorry about that. NMM was having trouble putting the files in the right place. I figured out what I was doing wrong and I was actually planning on updating it to make it NMM compatible with the next update.
I'll get on it right now making the current version compatible.
After getting my hand on the standard and CQSOR i am already really satisfied with this mod. I have to think of a way to get the unique version from Alexander without killing him, i need him as vendor. The sniper version will be a challenge, as i´m still mid-lvl. But i have endorsed!
So, have found, bought and test driven the semi-auto-rifle version with scope and silencer. I want a second endorse!!!
Probably, you'll have to replace the old with the new ones and rename them to get them to work and ironsights probably not unless you went into the geck and manually added them.
If only there were a video explaining everything. The caliber of the bullets, locations, & etc. I know he tells me the locations, but I'm more of a picture kind or video kind of guy.
Well. the caliber is the same as it was in Fallout 3. There are pictures as to where the unique rifles are, and where one of the two guaranteed marksmans that can be found(on Ghost at the MO) The standard can be bought any time at the Gun Runner's HQ and Alexander at the 188. And rarely you can also get from the GNHQ the other, non unique guns as well. Though Rangers, Ranger Vets and Ranger hit squads, will sometime have them. Also NCR troopers can sometimes have the standard version.
If you don't feel like going through all that, I left the test guns in the game. They can be found behind the Vendortron's kiosk.
