I have an okay PC build. (I7 intel cpu, 40 GB of ram, and an RTX 2060) but just as a warning for you. DO NOT GO INTO CAMP SEARCHLIGHT WITH THIS MOD I don't know what the hell happened to this mod, but going into that irradiated NCR hellhole will bring your computer to its KNEES. Something about the glowing ones actually glowing is horrible for your GPU. I had a usual 60-100 FPS without this mod in Camp Searchlight, but once I entered it and looked in one direction I was getting sometimes down to 6 FPS. The creator of the mod has said he won't update the mod "until he returns to Fallout: NV" which has since been 5-6 years.
I love the mod, it looks really cool at night, but when my FPS goes from 100 to 6 when looking at one direction, you're doing something wrong.
Good mod but very genius idea to put a green goo behind the Camp Searchlight which causes severe FPS drops (10-15-20 FPS in the Camp, even goes to 1 FPS when you get close to the radiation goo). Used for many hours but had to uninstall.
If you ever consider updating, you HAVE TO remove that green goo.
for refrence i have a core 2 duo and an amd gpu from 2008. installing this mod didnt affect my fps at all. i tested it out in camp searchlight and near the "old nuclear test site" both of them have a lot of glowing ghouls. it works better than the glowing ghouls addon that comes with Fallout Character Overhaul and it looks preety cool.
BECAUSE AMI ME IS DOING WELL IN PERFORMANCE AND MY PC IS LOW-END, IT DOES NOT AFFECT MY FPS AT ALL, BUT I HAVE A SLIGHT DISPLEASURE, IS THAT I JUST WANT THE RESPLENDENT GHOULS TO HAVE THAT LIGHTING, NOT ALL TYPES OF GHOUL

This mod is heavily outdated. Get Lit does this in a much more performance friendly manner and adds extra features alongside it too.
