SO I dont know if its caused by this mod or if its generally a bug but Im thinking the former. I've tried taking 2 carry weight perks now at level 50 adn both never worked. I had to add the effects through console commands. And since these two(strong back and bear something) didnt work, I'm unsure if all the other perks I got since level 50 also work :/

So, I've got a couple of questions about the mod... 1. Does this mean I can use it with or without DLC? 2. If I use this mod and it kicks me back to a lower level will I still get a perk every two levels?
1.You can use with or without any DLC. It doesn't matter 2.Since it drops you back to level 29 or 49 depending on the file, it will give you one perk per level.
