Can you add a standalone retex for Father Elijah's?

Nice texture, still, I think it doesn't really fit the lore: LAERs are only found in Big Mt so it's not actually a "wasteland" weapon, and most of them are sealed in laboratories for more than two centuries. I really don't think they would rust like this. Still, I use DLC weapons integration, which gives the Marked Men in Lonesome Road LAERs, hmmm...

      Thanks!
Yeah you're right most of the LAERs are found in the hidden Labs around Big MT, but there are a couple that you can find outside like the one you get off RY–589 Ultimo bot and the one on top of the X-13 research facility. I doubt they would be in the best condition and the way they wear so easy. It is just a way to justify to myself why it would get in such bad condition.

But there isn't any LAER in X-13 (Did multiple runthrough in that place.). Unless you meant X-42 (A.K.A. The Forbidden Zone!), in which case I agree.

Ah you may have missed it from the wiki

"One can be found on top of the X-13 research facility. In order to reach it, the player character must jump down from the cliff to the north. The cliff can be climbed by jumping up a pile of rocks just to the west of the Big MT west tunnel. "

maybe be you should instead of having it just as a re-texture make it into a replacer and then change the name of it maybe buff the stats on both the clean and unclean versions respectively. if you did that maybe you could place it under lore friendly tab and get more downloads. for instance the one's that are out side the labs could be [Worn]LAERs and the ones in the labs are just LAERs and the worn versions have worse stats than the reg LAERs.

I really don't see the apeal of this ( no offense it is quite nice). if the LAER was found somewhere else then maybe it would look like this like father elijah's LAER. in the end it would be better if this was a retexture for father for father Elijah's

Any chance for some vanilla-resolution textures?

Now that looks more like something that will break down after 10 shots!

    (Nice texture.)

It seems that the Big Mountain engineers forgot to electroplate their guns.
Very nice texture; on a related note, would you consider making a shinier, all-metal texture for it? You could use it as a condition buff mod; i.e., Chrome Finish or something like that.

Haha! That is an interesting idea about using as Condition buff. I might have a look if I have the time.

Thank you very much. Since LAER's break easily, this makes more sense
