• Courier Vests V2 is on the horizon!

  Added several new vest variants with custom textures, some even requiring another custom texture for the ground object to display properly.  Also added the proper ground object for the Messenger Bag instead of using the Hip Bag object for it.
  
  Added vest variants:
  "Manifest Destiny" Enclave emblem - grants +10 Science, +20 Energy Weapons and +1 END
  
  "Tunnel Snakes Rule!" Tunnel Snake logo - grants +10 Lockpick, +20 Melee Weapons, and +1 CHA
  
  "Bad Blood" Great Khans coat of arms - grants +10 Barter, +20 Unarmed, and +1 STR
  
  "Knowledge is Power!" symbol of the Followers of the Apocalypse - grants +10 Science, +20 Medicine, and +1 INT
