Installed Perk Pack mod v1.5 using FOMM and sorted load order with Wrye Bash and BOSS. No conflicts with other mods installed were found using FNVEdit. Examining the plugin using GECK, I noticed six perk names not eight as claimed... one had 2 ranks.
After leveling up numerous times in FNV, I saw NO new perks listed for selection in the available perks list. Therefore, I deactivated the mod and removed the files from the /data folder! No longer tracking mod. Will check back occasionally for any further updates.

You'll also need to replace the perk file "Perk Pack-54745-V1.omod" with one that can actually be installed.

Don't know what's not working 'cause I can't open a *.omod file to install the mod. What do you use to open "Perk Pack-54745-V1.omod".
