As I said in the readme this is kind of a free resource go away and create new stuff to it if you want I will not stop you. Although a mass invaded zombie land was not the first thing I thought of when creating this little paradise isle. Still I do like if it can be to use for someone and entertain others :-)

EDIT: for anybody new to trying this great mod here is a little extra comment to help people understand the vibe of the new area/ world space.
in real life there are prefab towns aka towns/ areas where the military "test" different hardware and situations from urban fighting to nuclear testing in the desert. Green isle feels exactly like the kind of prefab town that was made but never used due to the bombs falling and it being a "top secret" location wouldnt be a target for any bombs. this also gives a reason why there are no interior cells if you need 1
Hi! Strange I tested as writing this answer and had no problem, sometimes nexus has issues with file downloads. This one has not been touched for a long time so there should be no update issues with the system provider nexus uses for balancing downloads.

Awesome mod! I can populate this with I think it's called build-able homes and Farmer Bob? One of them you can attract settlers and build your own Mojave much like the Fallout 4 edition. I hope you can get the spirit to do some more work on this. I would love to see a lush green environment tht is actually based on a reality time scale of when the bombs fell. 200 years later Earth would be a green paradise not a wasteland and I think your the guy or gal for the job. Keep up the great work!
Wow i was pleased to see the Helicopter, when you said bird i *Shuttered* "picturing a giant mutant bird" that would carry me off lol. I really like it, wish i had a tool to edit/add to it, got quite a few ideas for it :/ but awesome mod mate!
awesome, a nice break from the wastes......alas the vacation ended when i started using it for my intended purpose, a warzone for the npc spawner mod, now there are bodies, bullet holes and shell casings.....like a home away from home endorsed
My Fnv modded experience. After cooking many pounds of crystal meth, Big boss needed a vacation from raining guns from the land of Millenia. So he decided to go to green island and kill more npcs cuz reasons.
I don't have the talent or the time to make anything with this world space (although I wish I did,) but I am posting this idea in the hope that it inspires someone else.
It's a bit controversial, but done realistically and tastefully, I think it could work. But this would be a perfect place for a Green Isle Naturist resort. It would be a community of nudists who left the Mojave to get some privacy (and to avoid being an easy Deathclaw snack.)
I am not sure if the mod author would approve, but there is one new idea for anyone who wants to give it a try.
Also, this is a really well made and beautiful area. I hope to see some new mods that make use of this one day.
