I'm a very late person. Many soldiers are using a hunting rifle, battle rifle(with or without a bayonet), service rifle(some are different) and the g3 I couldn't find it. Someone can help me ?
So for anyone using this, i suggest using the ncr rearmament mod, is re meshes and textures the ncr infantry with more lore friendly Armour and also adds a pack to patrols that increases carry weight by 40 pounds.
I read somewhere that once an NPC loads their equipment, they don't get new equipment from the lists until they respawn. I could be wrong though, but try starting up a new save with this installed.
