  Finally, after a couple months delay ... I have elected to release Novac Reborn to the Nexus. This mod is mostly complete, only lacking the desired voice acting for the small quest added by this mod.
  
  I am hoping to add the voice files sooner than later, but the actor is having technical difficulties so there may be a longer than desired wait.
  
  So, I am hoping this mod proves as compatible as it was designed to be ... focusing on enhancing the game for both vanilla and heavily modified setups. Note that the only thing that should conflict are mod that alter Novac itself.
  
  This mod is 100% compatible with AWOP and NVI, which is was wholeheartedly designed to be.
