02 September 2014, 1:23AMI've had the same problem. It sucks because when I go into the pip-boy outdoors the flash doesn't go away until I exit the pip-boy. I use the Hand-held Pip-Boy 2500 mod, so I don't know if its because of that or not. I'm fine with the flash after leaving different menus, it only lasts half a second, but now I hate going into my pip-boy because of it. Amazing enb, though. I hate having to complain about it.
