You'll have to get ENB's D3d9.dll version 0.194 on his website. http://www.enbdev.com/download_mod_falloutnv.htm

--- ESP files ---

Use AdjustedWeather_Main_FNV.esp for custom coloring by me.
DLCs are not covered yet.

--- Installation ---

1) Extract files to the main folder
2) Activate AdjustedWeather_Main_FNV.esp
3) Get yourself the ENB wrapper version d3d9.dll from enb site.
4) Extract d3d9.dll to main folder
4) Enjoy

I won't provide support much. Be warned.

- Disable in-game AA and AF.
- Disable Water Displacement.
