    Very good mod, i like it.
    Only, there is a thing that i don't like, it's the entire Vault's textures.
    One that you boys used are usualy found on those abandoned, ghost vaults.
    And this one is populated, still.
    If you could get your hands on the Vault 101's textures and inplement it into a further update, i'll be a happy man

    okay i had this great thought when i read bickering about
    A. placement of the vault
    B. The number of the vault

    WHO GIVES ONE FLYING BEEF HOTDOG IF THE NUMBERS AREN'T CORRECT???!!!!!! ITS A FREE VAULT AND UNLESS YOUR DOING A YOUTUBE VIDEO IT DOSEN'T MATTER. Am i correct?

    The odd voice acting, and that big skinless pumpkin are the only out of place things for me. Well, that and the fact that there were only 122 vaults created. Do you think you could add an optional file with none of that stuff?

    Ok. I feel kinda dumb right now but I'm stuck in the vault 505 "game" at the moment. I was hoping someone could help me. The last terminal I saw said my hint was "over see er". I figured it was the overseer so I went to his office but his terminal requires a key and I couldn't find one anywhere in his office. I seen the vault 101 overseer (merchant) but he doesn't have a terminal in his room, so I'm stuck. I'm pretty sure I did the other terminals in order, so I have no idea what to do now. I was hoping someone could help me out?

    secritiveHalo is right. The Fallout Bible states that Vault-Tec built 122 vaults. Generaly low numbers tend to be in the west (3, 11, 12, 13, 15 22 being ones that have appeared) with higher numbers in the East (101, 10.

    Unless there's a pressing need for 505, changing something small like the number so the mod can get the "lore correct" tag could help you get more downloads.

      We are too far in to change the name of the vault. Who knows, maybe there was a pressing need? How do you know? Exactly, you don't. Deal with it. The mod is still in alpha stage. We're still working on the story.

      its not entirely lore friendly, but most of it is.
      just because the number doesnt fit with it doesnt make it a bad mod, from what you stated we wouldnt be able to make it a realistic number, since they already have them all somewhere

      By "pressing need" I meant with the story you're trying to tell. That is, you have a reason as creators for using the number 505 that isn't just an arbitrary "We need a number, this one will do."

      The sources for vault information are Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout 3, New Vegas, the Fallout Bible. Everything else (i.e. POS and Tactics) is of dubious canon. In the canon, nothing has been said about vaults 1,2,4,5,7,9,10,14,16,18,20,23,25,26... (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Vault). Thats 14 vaults that are possibly in the correct geographic area to be in New Vegas about which nothing is known from canon sources.

      Also, due to the way Vaults are numbered, even if there were a Vault 505, it wouldn't be anywhere near Vault 3. Or Vault 21. Or any of the other Vaults that are in New Vegas.

      I'm not saying lore unfriendly mods are inherently bad, but I do know there are people who won't download a mod that isn't lore friendly.

      I apologize for the lor-unfriendliness... You can either get the mod or not, we have our name. If you don't like it, as I said before, DON"T GET IT. Don't complain, just don't get it. Complaining isn't gonna get you anywhere, just forget the mod if you don't like it.

      there were actually a number of private vaults. "The total number of vaults is a government secret and has been lost; there were the aforementioned "public" vaults, which numbered 122 and an undisclosed number of "private" vaults." It says this in the True purpose section

      The Secret Vault (What is official name of what you call "Private Vault" ) has no numbers. There is only 1 Secret Vault and I really doubt they (Vault-Tec) would give it a number, and if they did it would be vault 113. Not 505. And I haven't played the mod yet, I hope it'll be good!

      lol we're both guys. Ummmmm... it's really hard to say, it will definitely be awhile as I have school coming up soon which will interfere. I plan to have it done within the one year, at least.
