.44 Magnum, Really? I feel insulted. I am sure you know that the .44 Magnum chambering makes this a Ruger Blackhawk instead of a Colt S.A.A. The idea sounded great till you made it chamber .44 Mag. DeRuyter said what I was going to say when he basically explained how it was not a True Colt revolver and how it could be improved. All in all... disappointment hits me when I see this. A real shame.
Apologies if I didn't make myself clear. I stated my opinion in response to agree with Sgtsnorkles and deRuyter. Do I think the gun is a good idea? Yes, and I also like the way the weapon looks. My reason for being disappointed is that the modder did not use Xcaliber for the gun in order for it to be in .45 Colt. SpamPTRS explains below as to why he did not and I understand why. Next time, please do not point out what someone already knows as it is rude and it offends people.
*facepalm* This is why I don't like putting my opinion out anymore. People butt-in and think they can get away with stuff like UberCheeserMan said. Yes I could have kept it to myself but I like to exercise my freedom of speech. Could I have paraphrased the opinion better? Yes I could have but it is already up and people have read what it says so I probably cannot change it. Yungskiz and I are done with this conversation and do not need to add fuel to an unnecessary fire including random people adding replies to a finished conversation i.e. UberCheeserMan.

I haven't tried using GECK before, could you tell me the steps you did to make this model for the .357? I just started the game and haven't found the .44 yet but don't like the silver model of the .357. Thank you.
Nice mod. Is there a texture for the cartridge under the hammer and the interior of the cylinder? It seems to be unnecessarily bright or lacking a texture than the vanilla counterpart.
What is the base object ID of the pistol? When I install the mod, for some reason it won't appear in the Prison Building in Black Mountain where Raul is.
