    It seems when you call Harkin into your room, there isn't a flag in the ESM to only have Harkin say his lines.

    Do not call Harkin into your personal room.

      i made this mistake before i realized, any idea on how i cold fix this, like adding the flagmyself or something along the lines or disabling harkin for a small amount of time

    for anyone else having issues with Harkins voice google "ttw mzc harkin voice" and click on the ttw discussion page and they have adivce on how to solve it, i havent tested it myself yet but am going to attempt it now. 

    update: Harkins voice is now working, when you go to sound files in the data folder change MaleAdult01Default to MaleAdult01DefaultDC
    then change MaleAdult01DefaultB to MaleAdult01DefaultBDC, his voice is now working! and im using ttw 3.3

    sorry for my ignorance but how do you convert mods like this? for example does the original fallout 3 zeta crew mod go in the new vegas vortex or fallout 3 vortex?

    unconverted mod detected pops up and says i have a fallout 3 mod installed even though i did the conversion properly. if someone is actually able to convert this mod successfully i will pay you $200, this was my favorite mod for fallout 3 and really want it in ttw

    there is a patch that fixes most of the problems I've seen and links it somewhat to TSC Vegas, possible downside is that it adds a few changes of its own but they're pretty minor, its called Cinemodded Fallout and Patches https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/67939 also includes a whole bunch of other patches, fixes, tweaks, and minimods for a whole bunch of other mods ttw or otherwise

      fixes you mean changes like everything else that modder does its filled with delivberate far left trolling   and anything right of stalin if facist story telling

      What are these bad changes, be honest. the leftist stuff is all for lore reasons, Actually America gives legit good lore, Amanda patch fixes logic, identity traits makes the existing perks more of a commitment,  and so forth.
      beyond the fact you somehow find carnists too far left the patches are separate so you can pick and choose.

      lore re3asons he only cares for lore when it benefits him take his edits of frontier removing anything that criticises unions  when reality is even irl countries had alot of anti union propaganda in the 1900s and a world where the cold war never ended would have heavy anti union propaganda  when i pointed this out to him using examples of acts in early 1900S that caused crackdowns on unions  he hid the comment and blocked it  he blocks and hides criticism that proves him wrong and keeps  low hanging fruit that he can make fun of to benefit his ideology 

      and how is removing propaganda from the musium in fallout 3 lore friendly America had heavy control over museums in lore he only does it in a anti American ideological approach im not even American and can see the virial he has for his own country and how it leaks into mods 

      he doesnt give a damn for lore he cares for benefiting his own ego and ideology

      the term carnist and carnism was coined by Melanie Joy a left wing socisl psychologist who believes in vegan supremecy claimin anyone who eats meat is a hypocrite as her book why we love dogs eat pigs and wear cows claiming because we love dopgs and don't eat the, it disproves the eating meat is natural claim.  her argument is highly flawed as it ignores cooperative symbiosis that created domestication 

      but i asume u meant anarcho primitiviost which is closer rto his main ideology but its cporupted by left wing social theory but since u too stupid to understand ideologies are complex and just because he a primitivist doesn't mean he isn't far left  

      far left in this context is the social axiom  right wing tend be more competition and freedom comes at a cost  while left tend be more hyper focused on babysitting social issues 

      this may confuse u as its not the generic propaganda use of left and right being left and right hand aka opose and suport a undefinable propaganda use of the terms created by the far left in the French revolution to demonise centrists and cause a us vs them to justify the  horrors they were committing the use of left and right im using is political science  aka a more objective system with definable characteristics

    Nice but there are a few issues with the conversion.
    Firstly the esm could use a clean. Secondly there are a few modified records that you don't forward changes made by TTW.

    Thirdly there is a wild edit to:
    Worldspace \ 06015145 <CitadelWorld> \ 06015158 \ Persistent \ 06020AE1 <CitadelExteriorBTo02REF>
    This edit is also in the original mod and is likely left over for some planed future update the never got released.

    I don't think I'd have given this mod a second thought for Fallout 3 so I'm so happy that this conversion exists. It's crazy that it still works (eh, not perfectly but who's counting?). A few minor bugs that required some reloads every here and there and the odd broken model, but this thing legit works on TTW 3.3

    Just... maybe save before starting. Despite what I said, these mods can be tricky.
