I've updated the mod to v1.0.2, to fix the missing asset issue wherein the dart projectiles were coming up as the damnable exclamation point.
Apparently, when I corrected the terminal REF, I mistakenly uploaded a version of the .esm that contained some old and very rough attempts at making the fired darts recoverable, AKA testing crap, which is why the .bsa was missing assets (but didn't, on brief perusal, appear to be).
Either way, I've rolled back to the 1.0 .esm and added the REF fix to it, as I had intended originally.
Please let me know if things are working as they should now and, as ever, thanks for your downloads, endorsements & patience.
The "setownership" command will work, definitely, but having reinstalled NV & checking things out, only 2 of the beds don't give the bonus, while the bed in the middle (labeled "My Bunk Bed", as opposed to just "Bunk Bed") does give the bonus. This was by design, although in retrospect, I should have just set all 3 that way.
I think the schoolhouse in Goodsprings is a popular destination for modders. There are actually enough houses available. In the basement I found a prison, but you have to find the key first. The girls to free you are probably already starved.
I've looked through every single housing mod on this site, and finally settled on this one. Many others are much bigger and fancier, or just as cozy in their own way, but this one's just right for me.
Schoolhouse Cellar has some very nice musty mood lighting and cool set pieces, but isn't super-elaborate as some of the top "cozy" mods are that incorporate dozens of posters, billboards, miscellaneous decorative items, etc. Those look good aesthetically, but are just TOO good. The decorations in this mod are just right.
Also, while it's cozy, there's plenty of storage and just enough room for idling NPCs.
I am wondering if the scripts are named the same for the FO3 CAP-SURE rifle and this rifle. because i loved this rifle in my FO3 game and am now modding a TTW game and would love to be able to merge both these files together so i could get the rifle at either location with this file hopefully overwriting the scripts from the fo3 version?
Just like to say as a newbie to the Fallout series (although a veteran to Skyrim) this is the ideal home/refuge for my early level character.
The Cap-Sure Rifle came in very useful: I had saved my game just on the outskirts of the quarry before I realized there was a Deathclaw about to take me out. I hence died several times before I tried the Cap-Sure on it! Presto, an Alpha Male Deathclaw out cold, took my level 3 character almost every round of ammunition and stick of dynamite to kill it. Scored some nice experience points from that kill :)

EDIT: It works now it seems.
