Drop the one you have on the ground and use the command GBO on it from the console if you have NVSE activated. If you don't yet have one, the mod description tells you where to find a copy.
Of course, you could just look it up in the GECK or FNVEdit.

These somehow fall IN and definitely fit the FO3/FNV gameworld.
Man, I use those in FO3 for most of the time
