This is a modded version of the mysterious revolver, the damage has been increased from 42 to 65535, the health of the revolver is 150000. The value has been increased to 900000, you don't need to pay that to get the revolver, it can be found in Goodsprings for free, but it will sell for lots.

Location:
In Goodsprings near the general store, and prospector saloon there are two wooden crates, the revolver is on top one of them along with 3 boxes of ammo.
To get there walk down the path from the gas station towards the general store, and you will see the crates.
Installation
Extract the Super Revolver.esp file to the data folder in the New Vegas directory. and launch with fallout mod manager, or nexus mod manager. Or activate it in the fallout new vegas data files default plugin manager.
