sorry but who in their right mind doesn't have Ultimate edition today. Fallout NV has been as cheap as 4.99US and as little as 8.00US for the Ultimate Edition.
The DLC's in Fallout are not expensive due to the games age.
Most of the community has all the DLC's and in order to keep the mod as immersive and intuitive as possiable I did alter some of the DLC files (Hence the requirement)
If it does bother you enough I can make a non-DLC version for you if you so request.
I tried this and really liked it, the energy weapons especially. However, when i quickly went on NVEdit to change some s#*!, i found that for some reason, this mod overrides WMX. As much as a love this mod, I love WMX more.
I love this mod for the most part, but the 'reverse' audio when you're putting rifles/shotguns away just breaks it for me sorry. I didn't test every weapon, but I used a lot of them, and they all sounded great, except the one I mentioned. It breaks immersion as opposed to immersing me further sorry.
Feel free to share it around of forums, Im trying to get a video to show the sounds compared to the defaults and hopefully get more downloads on a really unappreciated part of Fallout !

I hope it is done a patch for WMX (Weapon Mod Expanded).
