Just thought I'd mention, it's actually incredibly difficult to set off most forms of nuclear ordinance by accidental or intentional damage. This would likely apply to the mini-nukes, as well. Also, since you probably wouldn't drop a lit firebomb on the ground, and gasoline is stable enough, I doubt that would be set off by a bullet, too. Everything else is pretty cool and correct, though, and that was a good call on C-4.
@ DarkMarcus Also, if you're fast enough (or have a high enough spread through a shotgun or such), you can shoot these weapons mid-air normally and destroy them. It always worked for me in the vanilla game, anyway.
yeah, and Exploding Ammo is a lot like my Explosive Ammo from Fallout 3. But they're all different. Same idea, different implementation. As well as this one is made to be compatible with the changes made in FOOK while the other would likely cause problems.
By reading this may I suggest the ability to shoot thrown grenades as during battles some enemies tend to throw dynamite & nades toward me & whatever weapon I have while it's in mid air can't shoot it at all. this suggestion is for you to see if it can be done by your mod capabilities.

You can target mid-air grenades/dynamite/other thrown explosives using V.A.T.S
