I realize this is an old mod and that the mod author, @gary62, may not be around anymore, but this is the best player house mod for FONV. Works perfectly in 2022 with no bugs or CTDs, has room & sleeping quarters for multiple companions, all the crafting stations, great atmosphere, and most importantly, it's located in an area that has many quests, where no housing was previously available. It's way better than the Lucky 38 suite in my opinion. With this mod and the After School Special Mod, and Willow's bungalo (from the Willow Mod), I don't need any other housing. Many thanks.
A great house and one of my favorite places to stay, but is there a way to prevent followers from raiding the fridge? I like to collect certain foods and it's frustrating when they eat them.
Just go into the CK and make the fridge "player owned".I'm sure your followers won't mind going without food ... until they can find someone else to follow.
Go into console command screen and type SETOWNERSHIP while clicking on the fridge. I did that while setting up the plate meals on the dining table, so they have something to eat.
This seems such a great mod! But Im not able to activate it through my Nexus Mod Manager. I dont know what Im doing wrong, but I would love to have some advice or instructions in order to fix this problem. When I check why it failed, it says:
A problem occurred during install: The execution has failed due to the bug in the SevenZipSharp. Please report about it to http://sevenzipsharp.codeplex.com/WorkItem/List.aspx. post the release number and attach the archive. The mod was not installed.
I would love all the help from the community and yourself for me to attain this amazing mod!

P.S I checked everything for installation both ways, none of it worked for my problem!
Try opening it with 7-Zip (choose what matches your OS). 7ZipSharp appears to be a focused version of 7-Zip and not intended for 'normal' use, AFAICT.
Also note that the .esp is tagged as an .esm...this means that it will need to be sorted after regular .esm's and before regular .esp's. LOOT has issues when sorting those correctly.
Since there are no trees or lake in this area is it possible you're referring to my Ravens Nest mod? In any event thanks for the info. Vurt's Flora seems to conflict with a whole bunch of mods not just my own.
Still one of my favourite house mods, it is the fireplace that catches me as it makes the place or gives the place a warm cosy feel especially with companions.

Thought this for Phoenix Point game to try on..

great mod. I'm just commenting to let you know that this conflicts with Vurt's Flora Overhaul. That's what's caused my lake area to be drained.
