New Version. Disabled ability to kill robots, and essential NPC's. Added a break-neck sound that really squicks me out but makes it feel like you didn't just suck the soul out of someone, or used the kill command. There was something else but I don't remember what it was.
You have to put in baseid for the players that are already maxed out in the game. Please put it in the readme or description, I don't want to have to open a save or something just to get a perk.
It's great for stealth-killing and works as intended, but when sneaking I'm also allowed to "break neck" on inanimate objects such as doors, computers, beds, and items - which grants XP and plays the sound but otherwise has no effect. I'll take a look at it in the geck sometime and see if I can find the bug :)
can you make another option to render them unconscious? that would be so cool to be able to knock out people without killing them!^-^ it could be like- what would you like to do? break neck K.O. pickpocket
I suggest adding 2 more conditions to make this mod more realistic. - Restrict the range between player and target so you can only break neck within close proximity - Condition the player so he can not be in the line of sight of the target when breaking neck, so you cant stealth kill someone while they're staring at you
I think this is a bit overpowered. As long as I don't stand in front of my target, I can perform Break Neck even while the target is at caution status... All I need to do is just make some noise, switch to thirdperson camera and wait behind a corner. I had used this trick to clean out many AWOP dungeons.

to fix the issue of breaking the necks of inanimate object, just open the esp up in xedit and add a new condition running on the target as follows:
Type = Equal to
Comparison Value - Float = 1.0000
Function = GetIsObjectType
Form Type = NPC
Run On = Subject
Should fix the issue of breaking the necks of doors :)
