Don't know if this modder is still around, but I made a scope texture that gets rid of that blue filter and the dirtiness so it's way easier to see through the scope. Wondered if you'd be ok if I upload it?

For all future or past commenters attempt to find a solution for the more than 2 weapon mod crash, do this: Get gun, open pipboy, add attachment, close pipboy, open pipboy, add another attachment, repeat. Basically, only attach one attachment per time you launch your pipboy, personally conform that it works.
