This removes message boxes that pop up during the tutorial, as well as those that occur once during a new game, and repeating corner-messages.

The Tutorial quests for Sunny Smiles still work, this just removes the messages for those who have played the game before.

These removed messages include:

Repeating corner-messages
* "You are crippled"
* "Your health is low"
* "To enter VATS, push V", etc.

Beginning corner-messages for basic controls
* sneak
* move
* run/walk
* look around
* shoot
* aim, etc.

Automatic "Help" messages (the big VDSG message boxes)
* Weapon
* Armor
* Ammo
* VATS
* Healing Limbs
* Reputation, etc.

One-time Message boxes
* "Item is in poor condition"
* "Fast Travel"
* "You have radiation Poisoning"
* "You have become addicted", etc.
