it shows it in the "masters" for ABS but there is no link in the description. Manually install like a pro, use FOMOD to alter load orders. I have mine right after the main ESM's in this order dD - Enhanced Blood Main NV.esp dD-Reduced Dismember Force.esp (optional) dD-Smaller Wounds.esp (optional) Alternate Blood Sprout.esp
Also a good idea to install in that order, there are overwrites to be worried about.
Gotta admit, it may not be an enhancement in your words but to me, so far this is one of those essential visual alterations the base game needed to make combat feel more impacting. Wholeheartedly endorsed and one of the subtle changes I recommend to anyone I can.
