First off yes this is a somewhat cheat mod...
As I have completed the game a few times already and am now playing it purely for fun and the Steam achievements I wanted to use cheats...
apon doing so i realised that cheats stop steam registering achievements :(
So i created this... it will max your skills, your SPECIALs and your Level... with just one press of a button :)

Since I now have the DLC I have made a new version(1B) that will level you to 50, enjoy. Also there is
a S.P.E.C.I.A.L book at the entrance to Ulysses Temple that will set your Strength down to to 9, just remember to activate it before entering the temple
so enjoy the game and enjoy the "Steam Legal" cheat...
It is found in the Doc's house were you start the game...
Simply activate it and you are done... :D
This mod will work very well in conjunction with xatmos Skill based perks
Anyone who wants to use this mod in one of their own I only ask that you notify me beforehand and give me credit for it.
