Damn. In my game Rotface gets killed. The save 'before' is 30 hours away. Kinda sucks to get him killed. Tried the console commands below - doesn't work. Although the vars are correct, according to GEKK. I think it is possible to change these variables using script name (VFSRotfaceScript) and the var itself. I don't know a thing about console commands. How can I do that ?
just curious, why does this mod need Didisaan's patch? also, do I HAVE to install the french version of freeside uncut? reason why I'm asking is cuz I feel the patch might cause some incompatibility issues, and tbh the only reason why I wanna install this mod is for the suit. are those requirements severely needed?
A bit late, but you're reading it wrong. This is a requirement for those mods (Mods Requiring This File), not that those mods are a requirement for this mod. "This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game." means it's stand alone
your best bet would be to start a new playthrough. The command "RDF" might work, but this resets dialogue with all NPCs. This doesn't mess up quests as far as I know, but I still don't know if I'd recommend it.

ok, this might be me being dumb, but what other endings are people talking about? I didn't see any options talking to him outside of the tips. there may have been but I thought going through and buying all the tips then killing the thug before he kills rotface. did I miss dialogue with him and screwed over my chances to get a good ending or is there an inside joke about other endings when there are non?
I remember playing the game with rotface, king and many others, it's only today i realized that i was no longer playing the same game, cutting content was the biggest mistake ever, damn.
I consider this essential to my vanilla playthrough.
Did you install mid game after you had already been to freeside? A few earlier posts have stated that you ether have to do this quest from a new game and others say before you ever talk to Rotface. I haven't installed it myself so I don't know for sure. I might grab it for my next play through and give it a try. If I do and it works I'll let you know.
