Use this to add the pre-order weapons & armour as unique items found in 4 separate locations.

So many mods require the couriers pack (why), so thank you for this.  Josh Sawyer himself said he "Fucking Hates" preorder bonuses, so I am glad to disable them.

What about a version of this that moves all the Courier's Stash items to the Gun Runner's Vendortron? No more starting the game with all that gear, go buy it from the Gun Runners.

Can this work with jsawyer ultimate ? because the game doesn't give me any of the packs when i select them and yes this mod is under jsawyer ultimate in my load order.

Does anyone have an issue where one of the packs is for some reason "unavailable"? It seems to be a different one each time I start a new game...

I do! I sometimes just restart a game a few times until they are all an option.

I have no idea why this wasn't something the devs did. It seems like such a no brainer.

Just a question about the "disable everything" version: does it remove the assets from the game entirely? There are some other mods which place these objects around the world and I'm wondering if they'll still work, or if it's better to use the normal menu-based version and select "disable all" manually.

EDIT: To answer my own question: I've tested the "disable everything" version along with Couriers Stash Scattered (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53741) and it works without problems.

Would it be possible to move the selection process to exiting Doc Mitchell's house? Maybe following the hardcore check? I keep having the process during wake up get interrupted and so I only get one of the two packs I actually want. (Usually the one with the Vault 13 stuff and the merc pack.) I love the mod, and the idea, but I hate that I can't make other mods load first, so they're not interrupting this.

Old comment, but I'll think about it. I know this sometimes conflicts with alternate start mods.

Your mod allowed me to eliminate a mod called "You take a sip from your trusty Vault 13 canteen" that stopped the constant canteen spam message!..

I was storing away all that Couriers Stash stuff installed at the beginning in my player home containers lockers etc!..

That's from the Vault 13 Canteen lol, it'll be in your Misc section. It happens periodically, I think it restores like a little HP everytime it pops up but it's very negligible.

you do realize that you can just disable the .esm files that correspond with each pack.... I've been able to do that with DLCs... I don't know what you are talking about the game forcing you to use DLCs.... I mean, they come pre-loaded when you use the regular launcher or the GECK.... but then just use FOMM... the default launcher is faulty anyway and it always loads the Fallout_default.ini whenever you use it.... I don't know why ANYONE would use the regular launcher unless they don't use mods....

Default game includes corresponding .nam files. If these files are present in your game directory you CANNOT disable these mods. You can delete them, but if you do any Steam-base file verification the files come back.

Also, sometimes you have different save games and different playthroughs where you want different sets of gear. No reason you need to unload the files each time for that.
