BUT as a cockroach he should have 75poison resist ( ok there is anti roadroaches sprays) AND 200 rad resist as cockroaches are some of the only animals who will resist WWIII there can survive the nukes rads, and these one are roaches who alrdy adapted and mutated and selected by radiations
