you need to get nmm nexus mod manager then you click nmm at the top wait for the beta downloader then find the mod click it click the secont to top jig piece then wait for it to download p.s I hope I help I was also a noob 1 week ago so I know ur pain bro
Can tell...use FOMM, NOT NMM. ANd then just download and drag it to FOMM if it is a FOMOD, if not jsut install in your Data folder...unless you installed in deflault location...then UNINSTALL and REINSTALL the game outside of the programs folder, THEN mod it.

I love this mod it's a cross between a mobile operations vehicle, and a mobile truck stop, I'd be awesome if you could add functional weapons to it like door mounted Mini-guns or roof mounted mini nuke launchers, then make it amphibious, and put a landing pad on the roof, that'd be EPIC! I saw the Enclave airship for FO3 and really wanted to see it ported for FONV then i saw this and was reminded of the Enclave Base Crawler bloody nice job with this mod!
looks great gonna dl now. Mind if i change it for myself (no reposting anywhere there are just some small changes that i like that most people probably wouldn't.)
Hey RonKemp, dunno if you keep an eyeball on the Nexus forums n what not. Got a bit of a request of you.
Everyone who's played Fallout 3 has (likely) thought, "I want to keep that!" when they saw the Enclave's base crawler. As the resources for the original crawler aren't in the New Vegas BSAs... I was wondering if you could make a base crawler mod using stuff like what you made this truck/home out of and the excavators found in Quarry Junction, the bigger ones.
If'n it's mobile, or not, I don't really mind overmuch either way. ...That, and I don't think Mr. House would appreciate a 500,000+ ton base crawler parked on the Strip.
