A very nice mod, good work. Love the comfy-but-simple atmosphere and lighting inside the house. I wanted a small, secluded house near the lake, but not a boat house and this mod is perfect fot that. What else to say ? It's pretty calm on the roof, the view is nice and the fog effect is cool. Thanks a lot.
I think this is a very nice mod, the only thing I would ask is, Could you make a campfire, the ability to make survival items, is to me missing. otherwise, very clean and good designed. thanks
I'm liking this house, nice work. What's the generator repair function lead to? I've repaired all three with scrap metal and can't find any changes. Is this something you're planning for future? Also the unique .50 has textire problems on mine. All in all, nice work, though
About the location... cant you just upload a screenshot of Pipboy map? Metro sounds fun, but be careful not to do another underground mod with tons of enemies and miles of empty corridors. Some story, scripts, talks and NPCs would be nice.
...Also I will be improving this small mod as I go along, but I am currently working on another, much larger mod in the flavour of Metro 2033... A large underground subway with Waring factions and completely scratch built body armour and respirators... More fitting to a hazardous radioactive wasteland.

When you DL it and start NV up you will have a fast travel marker revealed on your map... This will be in the middle of the lake near the Legion main Camp. Maybe 300m away from the submerged B-29 bomber the Boomers get you to surface.
Please add the location, some may like a treasure hunt but others do not.
Plus, there are people like me who don't download things that "sound cool" but don't give you the location. I like knowing what I'm getting when downloading mods

Yeah the Genies are eventually gonna power the house... and the textures for the .50 are just a stop-gap... Still working on it...
Eventually you'll have the ability to fix limbs and the PC in the entrance will give you a hair cut...
