for anyone having issues with her face disappearing indoors, it is due to ENBs. HOWEVER: if you want to continue using the newest version of your ENB and still have her, you need to go into the mod file, edit the base dds file with paint.net, and apply an alpha mask. after that, the texture should look like any other face texture, and she wont look like some strange horror movie indoors.
open file \Data\textures\characters\CustomFaces\Scarlett\Scarlett3.dds with Image Tool mentioned above. But don't add an alpha mask, delete the the existing alpha mask! Save dds and the face texture will be fine indoor too

You could try to do that, since she's using a custom race. Just separate T3M body meshes. Go to Races tab in G.E.C.K., find the race, find body model section (not textures), navigate to the mesh and you're pretty much done - save and enjoy. 'least that's how i remember it.
Sadly, i can't really replicate the problem on my end. However i don't use ENB, maybe that's the case. You did put it as low as possible in the load order? Maybe there is a conflict with some other mod that affects Veronica.
