About this mod
Increases run speed though a perk (given to player via an item). This perk will be shared by current and future companions, without increasing run speed of other NPCs. Run speed not increased during sneak, combat or crippling limb damage to legs (optional).

I made this because I couldn't find a run speed mod that I liked. I didn't want to wear an item all the time to increase run speed, I just wanted something simple I could do once and forget about.
New in version 1.4:
Speed is reduced to normal during crippling limb damage to legs (optional)
New in version 1.31:
Fixed "always on" version.
Cleaned up general mod structure.
Fixed broken download link.
New in version 1.3:
Run speed now normal in combat
Added "always on" version.
New in version 1.2:
-Mod no longer increases sneak speed
-Scripting improvements mean it's no longer necessary to use the "remove perk" choker between speed changes.
-If my math is right, values should now be precise, not estimates.
-Added CrazyGoNuts speed. Careful, bumps in the terrain can launch you high in the air. Sneak speed is still increased for this mode.
-Added icons, FWIW (vanilla)
New in version 1.11:
Added 125% speed.
New in version 1.1:
-I changed the mod to use chokers instead of magazines because I couldn't get magazines to run a script on activate, it's easier to run a script on equip. Now instead of having 5 esp files there is one, only with 6 items, but run speed can be changed in-game.
-I also had a problem with the first version where sometimes new companions would run too fast, so I changed from a speed multiplier to a set value. Because of this, speed percentages are approximate.
-One other thing that was a little flaky in version 1.0, it seemed that sometimes new companions would not get the speed bonus. That seems to be fixed now.
Included speeds are:
125%
150%
200%
250%
275%
300%
CrazyGoNuts
Bugs:
Occasionally a speed change will fail to occur on start/end of combat. If this happens, go in and out of sneak mode to fix it. I'll maybe try using a different condition on the perk to try and fix it, if anyone has suggestions I would certainly like to hear them.
Occasionally a new companion will not get the perk. Re equip and un-equip the choker. Not sure how to fix this one, suggestions encouraged.
Special Thanks:
Xaranth from the forums for helping me with the speed decrease during combat.
