Ok, I'm completely confused... I put these on inside a room that was already fairly dark in places. I put on sunglasses and the entire room is brighter? and removes the dark areas completely? Is this some new definition of the the concept of sunglasses not previously published? Should I contact OED and ask them to update their definition?

In all seriousness, this is more than a little confusing. Shouldn't they darken not brighten? Even ambient night-time is bright.

I'm not sure if it has to do with F:NV being on a different version than the mod author's at the time of making this, or if you too use an ENB shader and are having this problem. I solved it (sort of) by fiddling with ENB settings to raise the brightness with mostly bloom-controlled settings (You'll want to increase the daytime sky gradient multiplier as well,) then changing the 1SunglassesISFX image space modifier in the GECK. Depending on your brightness, your ENB, other lighting mods and maybe taste, you'll have different settings, but mine looks like this:
      GECK settings
Not sure if any of those settings will fly for you, and it doesn't change any interior lighting except for light-emittance, but being able to see ugly over-bright bloom be whats darkened instead of just a screen-tint is a massive improvement for immersion in my opinion.
Here's a gif to show you mine if you want it

I tried it out in game, looks good. I was wondering though....I use Lumenarium but find the sunglasses effect too dark without the brighter days plugin (my display is pretty bright even without it), while SilverBlaze55's sunglasses effect isn't quite dark enough. How about an optional/alternative plugin that is slightly darker than what you have now?

Thanks for the screenies. I checked your plugin the FNVEdit and found that there are a number of dirty entries...error entries as well as duplicate to master entries. You should probably clean them from your plugin with FNVEdit.

Could you post a couple of before/after screenshots so we can see how dark the screen becomes with the glasses? As I am sure you know, there are a few 'working sunglasses' mods and the screenies will help give players an idea on which might work best for their own setup.
