1.Drag to your Data folder

1b.If you have the previous alpha, load up your game, go inside with no NPCs, save, exit, load up FOMM, uncheck DWC NV Frame.esp, load your game, save, exit.

2. Open FOMM, make sure this loads as high as you can, check the box next to the esp, start your game, go inside with no NPCS, wait three days plus an hour, and you are good.
