The "Sneering Imperialist" and "grunt" perks don't seem to be removed when I reset my character, probably since they're Honest Heart DLC perks. Also, whenever I go to reassign my specials, it always makes me put one extra point into a stat, so if i repeatedly reassign i can pretty much get 10 in all stats with this. Other than those two bugs it seems to work well, thanks.
Would it be possible to add a version that supports NVEC's More Perks Merged? It takes all of the More Perks .esms and combines them into one, freeing up some loading order space.

Nobody else seems to be having the same problem I am, but I will mention it anyways. Whenever I try to reset my SPECIAL skills it is giving me an extra 8 points (so instead of allowing me 40 points it gives me 48 to assign). Also, it won't let me exit unless I use all the points up.
I'm sure it's just a conflict with another mod, so I'm trying to use Console Command to remove the extra ones. Unfortunately, this seems to be causing a bug with the Implants dealer thinking I have already capped my score even after it's set back down to 6. ... It might just be easier to set the scores myself in Console because I'm partially doing that already.

No it doesn't reset your quests. I just tested it myself. Stop scaring people.
