About this mod

An updated version of the \"respec\" mod, \"Rebirth\" originally created by PR0 6AM3R. Updated to remove ALL perks when resetting your character to level 1.

Permissions and credits
This mod is an updated version of "Rebirth" located here http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35116

What it does is simple. It adds two terminals at Doc' Mitchel's house that allow the player to Re-assign S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points, re-select their traits, tag skills, and even reset their character to level 1, removing all selected perks, and assigned skill points, and the other terminal will grant you one level every time you use it, so you can get back to the level you were when you reset your character.

Unfortunately, in the original mod, when resetting your character to level 1, it didn't remove all of your selected perks, thus allowing you to potentially get nearly every perk in the game.

This is what lead me to take a look at the script, and "fix" this. I simply added to the script to make it remove ALL of your selected perks, except for ones earned from NPCs, such as the "Ranger Takedown" perk.

I've also added support for the removal of perks/traits contained in the "More Perks", "More Perks for Dead Money", and "More Traits" mods, so if you have those mods installed, it will remove those perks/traits from your character as well! I think I MAY have missed the perks contained in the "More Perks for Companions" mod, as I didn't realize those are perks you select as normal perks. I will revisit the script soon, and add support for those perks as well.

I really suck at trying to describe stuff, so I'll wrap it up here.

Enjoy the updated mod, and PLEASE leave your comments here if you find perks that the script doesn't remove from your character, so I can be sure to add them in the next version! :D

All credit for the original script goes to PR0 6AM3R for the original script. I just edited his work, and uploaded the revised version with his permission.

UPDATE : Uploaded separate versions depending on what you have installed.
