could you make this an ESM to allow people ot make addons for it? this has great potential for community projects and further work for example rebuildig the Casino and running it yourself.
Bit of a Necro, but this file needs the ESM flag if you are planning to generate your own Navmesh for it with Improved AI (Navmesh Overhaul Mod) as their guide states to avoid mods that alter Navmeshes without the ESM flag.
Wish I'd seen this before installing. Uninstalling the mod before completing the DLC simply removes the gate in the Villa, meaning you're unable to exit the DLC properly.
Never made sense why the end narration to Old World Blues would describe that the Courier would go back to crack open the secrets of Big MT. one by one, yet, what should be seen as an obvious option just the same, wouldn't do so with the Sierra Madre, especially with full access to their arsenal. Thanks a lot.
,, thats, the whole point of the dlc. you can't go back bc you, well, gotta let go of the sierra madre man. 4 years late reply, so i doubt you'll actually see this but eh.
Yukio5798's got it right. That's the whole point of the DLC: Letting go. That's why it's nearly impossible to take all the treasure from Sierra Madre with you as well. It's also why every character dies, if they do not let go of their ambitions, conflicts and reasons to be in Sierra Madre.
Some of us don't share your opinion. I too like to revisit DLC locations. I a also not a fan of game just ending with completion of main quest. In an open world game?? makes no sense...oh you did the main quest...soooo the world just ends??
The problem here is, that narrative got in the way of gameplay. Narratively, it makes sense but in terms of gameplay it is a huge inconvenience. Meanwhile, that annoying radio-collar-boom mechanic is narrative BS to justify abolutely mean gameplay that is just stress and frustration instead of the intended thrill. They confused that one and made the best DLC only arguably the best. It is a shame that they did not have enough time to polish FNV but luckily they were smart enough to make it mod-able. Betheda's Open World Series would not have such a legacy otherwise were on returns to begin again. After a few years or so.
It worked! I was surprised to find Christine again and got to pick her up! Couldn't find God/Dog tho and I already had Dean as my companion, following me. I also got to have Rex follow me to the place and he went straight after what ghost people are left.
Most of the cloud is gone though. Not talking about the area you can use the vents on but the villa and other places. Some of the cloud is still there. Not sure if that's the mod. Oh well, made exploring easier.
I think that might actually be an effect of beating the DLC. I believe that some of the cloud is removed when you beat the DLC to assist with exploration before you leave the area.
