the mod is great and all I love it. my only issue is that every time I try to equip the black version it unequips and turns tan? am I doing something wrong?
Eh. The models and textures are pretty, but the in-game performance is pretty subpar.
That said: Much appreciation for creating and uploading these. I know it's unpaid work, and it's an outlay of your own time and effort, and on that level, I want to make sure you know that it's appreciated.
for some weird reason these guns are inaccurate as hell. I even tried modifying them in GECK, but they don't hit anything, except when using VATS, then they work just fine. That's really a shame. I'd really like to have a version that doesn't need additional animations and hits the target in ironsight mode. Also if you can believe Battlefield, the ACW-R is supposed have a fire rate of about 900 rounds/minute...
do you check your skills & special requirement first lady? in Fallout New Vegas, most weapons depend on your skills & special attributes to take full advantage all of them like accuracy, damage & handling; for example Miniguns require you to have 8 Strength at least to handle this big guns & small guns skills at 90 at least so you won't suffer accuracy penalty; you still can use Miniguns despite how low your requirement is but you will have more penalty on accuracy plus damage on enemies.
If somebody can't find the metal box where the weapons are, look right when you enter the scrapyard. It's in a metal box. Or open the console and type: prid BB9E1 //this is the metal box ID where the weapons are. showinventory
You will get the actual IDs of all the weapons, including the load order part of the ID (xx)
awesome weapons, they look great,but accuracy is off somewhat, // with the holosights, aim 5-8 mm down// the iron sights, aim 5-8 mm down and 3 mm left , apart from that, these are great weapons
