I forgot to say that the red pill will reset the perks Mysterious Stranger, Miss Fortune and Friendly Help, in case you already had them, so that they should work properly.

I have been trying to figure out what the Red Pill that I received in my inventory at start-up did and where it came from for awhile. Glad I finally ran across this comment, lol.

Yes! Now the useless perks actually have a use for me. Thanks

Mysterious stranger and Miss Fortune kept attacking and killing off allies whenever an hostile makes them activate. They shoot the hostile and then anyone else other than me or my companion before they disappear. Changing their "Aggression" from "Very Aggressive" to "Aggressive" with fnvedit fixes it.

Just wanna say that this mod is probably the best of any I've added to the game. I don't care to use VATS ever, just a personal taste matter, but the vanilla game wasn't letting me get any benefit from these perks.

I know it's years down the line but what are the odds of the DLC perks that affect only-VATS getting changed up?

Is there a chance you could add individual files for each of the perks?

I like the idea of this mod as well, but it just seems a bit too OP for the type of play through I do.

there are some OP perks, but perks are easy to change, and this plus PN, with some tweaks and meshing makes you forget there was such a thing as VATS.

This is one of my favorite mods! I got it because I hated how Paralyzing Palm worked in the base game, but the other features are proving to make my game very interesting and fun! It makes otherwise useless perks useful again for someone who doesn't use VATs.

Very cool mod, however many of the perks seem to do the same thing. For example, I would advise you to look over the following:

    - Commando - Weapon spread is reduced by 25%
    - Gunslinger - Weapon spread when using pistols is reduced by 25%
    - Sniper - Weapon spread is reduced by 25%

For these three, you'd have no weapon spread at all at if you stack these three perks and use pistols. I think it would be wise to change Commando to "Weapon spread when using two handed weapons is reduced by 25%", for Sniper I think the 'alternative version' should be the main effect.

I also believe that the percentage values here might be a bit unbalanced because unlike in VATS where there's a limit (your AP) to how much the accuracy bonus can benefit you, in real time combat the bonus is constant.

    - Grim Reaper's Sprint - Your attack and run speed is increased by 20%.
    - Math Wrath - Attack speed and AP regen is increased by 10%.
    - Plasma Spaz - Attack speed for plasma spaz weapons up by 10%.

Like with the other three, there might be a problem with stacking percentage. Also the perks themselves become less interesting when they do more or less the same thing as the others.

With regards to Mysterious Stranger and Ms Fortune, because real time combat is constant and not limited like VATS, isn't 5% chance of them appearing a more reasonable value? how long do they appear for when they join in on the fun? and how do they appear/disappear? what type of effect are you using?

Anyway, I really like your mod, just giving my ideas, not hatin

I support these suggestions, even for hardcore mode. I'll have to do some more testing in my setup to confirm the stacking.
