This mod makes Endurance and Health gained per level more closer and similar to how it worked in Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics

This small mod changes mechanics of the Endurance and Health in New Vegas to make it more closer and similar to how it worked in Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.
This mod is also a part of my bigger Overhaul Mod which is currently in development.
New Vegas formula of Health gained depending on Endurance:
Initial level = 100 + (Endurance x 20) + (Level x 5)
So no matter what's your Endurance you will get always 5 HP per level.

With my formula (Low):
Initial level = 100 + (Endurance x 5)
HP gained per level = 2 + (Endurance / 2)
NPCs HP gained per level = 2
Here is the amount of Health depending on player's Endurance and Level:

So the player with 10 Endurance on level 30 will have 353 Hit Points, when player with 1 Endurance will have only 163 Hit Points on level 30.
With my formula (High)
Initial level = 150 + (Endurance x 5)
HP gained per level = 5 + (Endurance / 2)
NPCs HP gained per level = 5
Here is the amount of Health depending on player's Endurance and Level:

So the player with 10 Endurance on level 30 will have 490 Hit Points, when player with 1 Endurance will have only 300 Hit Points on level 30.
