@woodbyte I've uploaded a version of your mod which adds a couple headgear that were left out in this version. For some reason the Chinese Stealth Armor wasn't working in my game, so I added a workaround fix in case other users encountered it too. I also made some personal edits, adding a few armors I think should've had water breathing.
When I played Fallout: New Vegas I really enjoyed this great FX mod and had a lot of fun exploring underwater caves. Now I'm revisiting Fallout 3 and I got really disappointed I couldn't find this mod ported for that game as well. Dear Woodbyte, PLEASE PORT this SUPERB MOD of yours to Fallout 3, as visiting Bethesda's "waterworld" in Fallout 3 is AN UTTER NIGHTMARE, just as it was in New Vegas before you decided to do something about it. I wouldn't play with this for long, due to the fact my computer is laggy and I'm actually terrified of going into lake mead (lakelurks :/)
