I had a problem: all my items from some locations (meds from medbox, weapons from wall safe, armor from locket) just gone, I lost everything in a +60h gameplay using this mod. Items from some other places like refrigerator were still there, I had a old save from like 4 hours before and if "fix" it, but Im not sure about put my items here anymore and notice that they gone some hours later, have no idea why this happend :(
While I have been very fortunate to have never had this experience; I know many people who have. Not so much with this MOD (there have been a few) But just about every other MOD that uses sorting. The whole sorting thing is done wrong in my opinion. The sorters dont sort items in the containers at all, but returns them to your personal inventory. Then sorts them. This is more trouble then its worth. Probably an engine limitation. Just use the containers as normal containers. Do a hard save (not a quick save) before depositing your treasures. You should be fine.
One of My all time favorite MODs. Of course you want a home and a base of operations here in Goodsprings. I think practically everyone who plays this game falls in Love with Goodsprings. Ther are other MODs which give you either Too little or Give you some totally outrageous Lore breaking, immersion breaking obscenity. This MOD is none of those things and I think it is the perfect Home for The Courier in Goodsprings. I use it on every Play-Through. I'm using it on my current game. I think next time I might try "The After School Special" though. I Cant recommend this MOD enough. Its practical in every way, Roomy, Nice looking and Lore friendly. AAA+++
I encountered a strange bug! I entered the schoolhouse and it was the Vanilla Schoolhouse w/ mantis. I quickly exited, then entered, things were back to normal except now the house has scary music.
I love this mod to death. It has everything I ever needed in a Fallout house. All conveniently and neatly organized in one place. No unnecessary clutter, not overly complicated, no running around from one room to another. The fast travel point is just outside the door. Simply brilliant and brilliantly simple. If only there was an NPC inside who would buy stuff from me I'd be in seventh heaven
I think it's intentional. A lot of modders puts respawning trash cans in the houses. That's sort of the idea - you put the stuff you don't need there to get rid of it. Why would you store anything in the trash can?
How many followers can this house mod accommodate? The multiple follower mod I use allows for up to 6. I'm going to check this out as is and hope for a further expansion larter (perhaps a basement level at some point.) By the pictures offered it really looks good.

Update: Very well put together and has space enough for two followers (answered my own previous question). Not over powered though it does give a few guns. Had a weapon that originated there (silenced ultra 10mm SMG) but it is gone now (I was going to give it to a follower so no big loss.)
This is going to wind up being my favorite house mod for sure. Has everything I need without being "overdone". The concept is great and the execution is greater. Endorsed without reservation.
But... always one of those... I'm doing something wrong. All my stuff goes away. Not into the lockers, but away. Like out there somewhere.
Definitely not blaming the mod because nobody else appears to have the problem but can't figure out why it would happen. Installed the mod (had never had this mod before so not updating) and started a new game. Came into the house with a load of weapons and went to the computer, chose "Sort Weapons" and lo and behold all my weapons disappeared from my person.
I'd already seen all those labeled lockers right next to the desk and figuring that must be where everything went. I'm still thinking that's where they were supposed to go but someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm thinking, "man that's neatest sorting system I've seen yet" and continued thinking that until I went to get my basic weapon loadout to head back out and not a one of those lockers had anything in it. I searched every enclosed space I could manage to open but I'd somehow managed to sort all my stuff right into thin flipping air or at least somewhere besides those lockers or any other container I could find.
Still using the mod, still endorsing it because I know the problem is mine, not yours but if there's any chance you can tell me what the %$&! I'm doing wrong, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks.
