   I do NOT have this mod installed. ALL of NV was off of my PC (Fresh Windows 10 install in fact) and I installed some other mods, but NOT this one, yet the glasses are in my game. Also, Chet sells the glowing ones, but I'm MOSTLY concerned with how I even have them in my game right now.Are they part of NVEC? YUP? Project Nevada?

      It's a part of NVEC. I HIGHLY suggest you to NOT use that mod, it's outdated and glitchy as hell. I am currently on a hunt for the individual mods I like from NVEC and downloading them from the original authors, because of updates and such. You'd be better off doing that.

      Yeah, NVEC provides an nice list of mods to google for.
      But NVEC itself is hopelessly out of date.

       Great work but: yes exactly!
       im using the Advanced Recon set and i was very much hoping that u thought on the 4 eyes perk since your glasses are real glasses!
       
       u think theres a chance u implement it, or anyone else has an idea?

       I found a workaround but it takes away the survival and endurance bonus. Though you need FNVEDIT. If kaya agrees, I might upload the edited version.
