Do you mean the levelup perk list from which you select one, or the list of your chosen perks in the pip boy?
One could make a dummy perk that opens a message-box after leveling up to let you choose the stat. The stat would then be increased by script. It would work like intense training, just that you can select each stat only once.
The main point of this mod is balancing, but personally, I also like to see which stats I've actually increased.
This is a good idea but I, personally, feel the list of perks is already a bit long to go through, so I would say it would be good just to put Gain Stat/SPECIAL and then you get the menu to do so.
Just my personal preference, some people might like it if it's all under one header, although not quite as evident a change, I don't know-- you could always make it a seperate version of the mod.
