7 years later and this mod definitely doesn't re-add the bug where she doesn't level. At least it doesn't if you load the relevant bug patch earlier/ have the bug patch overwrite this.
Also if you want to remove her hood, remove the file from mod manager folders into fallout data folder, load it up on GECK, and change it from there. Can also change her hairstyle. First time using GECK and I just figured it out so not that hard.

I really like the idea of this mod and the execution is pretty well done. She looks kind of like Felicia Day (and sounds EXACTLY like her..). However, this plugin seems to do more than just change her looks (stat changes). For that reason, I am not using it, unfortunately.
agree with Triokilla, those shots have poor lighting, as you can see she has the light source to her back. and with Fallout3's graphics, that tends to screw up how a character's facial features look. whenever i take screencaps of my character's faces, i always make sure the light source is in front of them.
