About this mod

Medium-sized player home. North of the H&H Tool Factory

Permissions and credits
Description
This mod adds a medium-sized player home in the Mojave Wasteland, north of the H&H Tool Factory. The regular version tries to be feature rich without being overpowered. EX: There is food stock in the clutter, but no weapon or ammo. Let me know if you encounter any bugs.

SPOILER: It was originally commissioned and built for Mr. House's brother Alexander House, owner of H&H Tools. Hints to its location and access permissions can be found on his office terminal. It's somewhere north of New Vegas.

Console Commands:
player.additem ##005832 1 - Where ## is the load order number of this mod in your game. This command gives you the vault password.
coc hideoutvault - This command teleports you to inside the vault.

Choices
There are two different versions for you to pick from. They cannot be activated at the same time. The regular version without the combat operations center for those who like full lore-friendly immersion; and the over-powered version that has all the conveniences of a typical player created home.

Going forward, the regular version will be improved only in ways that do not break game balance, need new texture/mesh/sounds, or making it less believable. The OP version will be developed without the aforementioned restrictions.

I can get a jukebox to play any radio station that came with the game and setup a custom working radio station, but can't get the jukebox to play the custom radio station. Tinkered with playsound commands, but there is no way to stop it until the song is done. Down to evaluating the last option, loud background music on command, but I can't seem to get rid of the automatic fade in fade out effects.

Extend or create a whole new trophy area for all weapons/armor in the OP version - currently stuck. Various weapon models are bugged. Some of their statics don't stay in place. Some renderings are inconsistent. This task will be on hold indefinitely until whenever Obsidian/Bethesda feels like fixing their bugs.

Create an alternate OP version with a standard vault style giant gear entrance - currently stuck. There are 4 ways to fix this issue. You can keep playing and find refills for the taps; reload from a save from before the taps were activated; do a rollback to a pre-tap version, save, re-upgrade and then load with the current version; or use console item codes ##00DBA3 and ##00DBA8.

Mannequins are made to look metallic and gun-metal gray in color. This may look weird with costumes that come with their own lighting. The reflected light may make the neckline look completely white or black. It's jarring but I have no idea how to fix it on my end. >_

Credit
OP Version background music (copyright free, royalty free) taken from here and here.
Mannequin design and implementation inspired by various Fallout 3 mods.</your>
