I was out in front of lucky 38 and decided to shoot a couple of people with it. Had robots and various humans trying to kill me immediately.
i can 't find a button in the launcher of the fallout of new Vegas to enable the options available for connecting the Nude Ray 5000 mod . please help !
I have the same problem. Also, one NPC attacked me after that, while still being that goop. When I killed him, his weapon appeared out of nowhere and fell to the ground. Sorry for my English
This would be a neat mod if you didn't advertise it like it includes it's own nude skins. Yes, you mentioned getting a third-party nudity mod in passing, but you knew you wouldn't get as many downloads if you were 110% straight up. So, now I gotta pick a nudity mod that's going to work correctly with your mod since you didn't bother to find out which ones are seamlessly compatible, with huge bonus points if that nudity mod was also as simple as any mod should be -- meaning doesn't require 400 other mods running along with it to work correctly.

BUT, if you really wanted to impress it would have helped to put together a short list of simple nudity mods to download in conjunction to this one. People are lazy, so they naturally are gonna think the guy who saves them some trouble is their hero. Oh, and this goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: simplicity is king, and that means when the girls get zapped nude they look reasonably as you'd expect that particular character to look nude. I've sseen a lot of nude mods that were beyond unappealing because their nude skins were soooo wrong/inappropriate. I liken it to finally hearing that your favorite TV crush is appearing in Playboy, but upon viewing the photos it's immediately and enragingly (not a word, I know) her head, but she obviously got a new body Photoshopped on. Even if the new body looks more perfect, the point is you wanted to see a certain body and no substitute is going to be any less than a travesty in place of it.
Needs 2 tweaks: 1. Fix the bug where some are hostile after being shot by this ("*Get yelled at but not attacked!" was a lie. ~1/3 NPCs on average will attack me after shooting) 2. Make it bypass the frisk logic (like how knives and silenced 9mms can be smuggled into casinos)
This mod has potential, but the above issues are deal breakers.
........ Why do the NPC's become hostile? Are you for real? Not only is the loss of clothes a temporary, it actually does hurt the NPC a small amount. I am shocked that you have more than 20 endorsements. Again, are you for real?
Simply put - this mod is brilliant and a ton of fun. I included it in my video below on the top 20 weapon mods for FNV. Thank you for introducing more hilarity into the Mojave with this mod, PlatPlay = endorsed!
