   YES! I was being shot by an army earlier and I couldn't see the guys shooting me because of the blur. I've been looking for a mod to fix it for an hour now.

   I changed those three lines to 0 in all three ini's. Still get the blur when I get hit.

   Does anybody know how to completely remove blur from the game?
   I get eye cancer when I move my mouse and everything gets blurred...
   
   Tried to change all values under...
   
   [BlurShader]
   [BlurShaderHDR]
   [BlurShaderHDRInterior]
   
   ...to 0 in...
   
   <installDir>Fallout_default.ini
   <ocuments>My GamesFalloutNVFalloutPrefs.ini
   <ocuments>My GamesFalloutNVFallout.ini
   
   ...but the blur is still there.
   Any suggestions?
   
   EDIT: This helped in my case:

    @weijiesen: There are options there to change hit shader but some people don't feel comfortable editing their inis so.. made this Easier to toggle on/off than editing inis imho
